Story:

Sai was born on the day the two kingdoms declared war. To ensure her safety, the royal family sent her with a servant so that should the kingdom fall, she would be safe. Her kingdom fell to its knees only a few weeks after she left.

Actually of noble birth, she was raised in a small home to hide her bloodline. Before her 'mother' who was actually the servant that cared for her, died, Sai's real birth was made known to her.
While she was searching for the remains of her kingdom, she found that the other side had taken over.

When she returned to her village, her home town was destroyed with no
where to go now, she decided to live her life as a mercenary.

Her existence seemed meaningless. There was nothing to live for. It wasn't until someone recognized the ring she wore as a testimony to her royal birth when she was called upon to take back her throne.

Sai was shone the suffering and oppression of her people under the iron fist of the dictators. After being pleaded with to take back her birth right, she accepted her title as the heir of Cassius.

Now she continues on in the fight to liberate her people from the Dictatorship that runs her kingdom.
